Scan every return. Mark it good or bad.
Add the return files you download from Flipkart, Myntra and Meesho. PickShelf reads the tracking number, SKU and size from them. Then scan each returned parcel. Good pieces go on a shelf, bad pieces are listed separately, and you download both as Excel. Your files are read on your own device and are not sent to us.
Return files
Excel or CSV, as downloaded from the marketplace.
Scan returns
A barcode scanner works here. It types the number and presses Enter.
Download
Good and bad are saved as separate Excel files.
Good stock on shelves
Good pieces stay here until a Daily Picklist uses them. Then they are removed.
What is read from each file
| Marketplace | Tracking number | SKU | Size |
|---|---|---|---|
| Flipkart | Tracking ID | SKU | From your master file, or from the end of the SKU if it has one (for example _L) |
| Myntra | forward_tracking_number (and return_tracking_number when there is one) | seller_sku_code | From your master file |
| Meesho | AWB Number | SKU | Variation column |
Sizes for Flipkart and Myntra come from the same master file as the Daily Picklist page (columns SKU Code and Size).
Questions
Can I scan without adding the marketplace file?
You can scan, but PickShelf cannot know the SKU, so the piece is not put on a shelf. It is listed under "Scanned but not matched". When you add the marketplace file later, those scans are matched automatically.
What if one parcel has more than one item?
One scan marks every item in that parcel with the tab you chose. You can change a single item to Good or Bad in the list under the scanner.
How does overwrite work?
If you marked a parcel Bad and later scan it under Good, the Good entry is saved and the older Bad entry is removed. The same works the other way round. Untick Allow overwrite if you want to be asked first. A piece that was already used in a picklist cannot be changed.
Where do the shelf numbers go?
Good pieces are saved with the shelf number you typed, or with DEFAULT when it was empty. The Daily Picklist page shows that shelf on the picklist for matching SKU and size, and removes the pieces from your good inventory once you confirm they are used. This needs both pages on the same website address, which is the case in your own store.
Where is my data kept?
In this browser only. Clearing your browser data removes it, so download your Excel files at the end of each batch. Saving it online will need seller login, which is planned.
What does Start next batch do?
Parcels you have scanned leave the list, and parcels not scanned yet stay. Good pieces stay on your shelves until a picklist uses them. Download your Excel files first.
