See which SKUs will run out. Restock in time.
Add the inventory file you download from the marketplace. PickShelf compares the stock of every SKU with how many pieces you really sell per day, taken from your saved picklists. If a SKU does not have enough stock for the next 15 days, it is shown in red with the number to restock. SKUs with enough stock are not listed. Everything runs on your own device and your files are not sent to us.

How the numbers are worked out
| Step | What PickShelf does | Example |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Adds up the pieces of each SKU in the picklists you made in the last 7, 15 or 30 days, for this marketplace. | 225 pieces in 15 days |
| 2 | Divides by the number of days to get the orders per day. | 225 ÷ 15 = 15 a day |
| 3 | Multiplies by the days you want to keep in stock. | 15 × 15 days = 225 needed |
| 4 | Compares with the stock in your inventory file. Less stock than needed is shown in red. | 150 in stock, so restock 75 |
| 5 | Stock equal to or more than needed is not listed. | 225 or more: not listed |
If your history is shorter than the days chosen, the average is taken over the days you really have. For example, with 4 days of picklists, the orders are divided by 4.
Questions
Where do the daily orders come from?
From the picklists you make on the Daily Picklist page. PickShelf saves them in this browser, with the marketplace you chose. The more days you use it, the better the average. History starts the day you began using the new Daily Picklist page.
Which columns does the inventory file need?
One column named SKU (or SKU Code, Seller SKU Code) and one stock column named Inventory, Stock, Current Stock, Available or similar. If it also has a Size or Variation column, stock is compared SKU by SKU and size by size. If it has no size column, all sizes of a SKU are added together.
What does "Sold but not in the inventory file" mean?
These SKUs had orders but the SKU code was not found in the inventory file. The code may be written differently there. Check them by hand, because PickShelf cannot know their stock.
Why is a SKU not in the list?
Either it has enough stock for the days you chose, or it had no orders in the last days. Switch on "Also show SKUs with enough stock" to see the first group.
Does the stock include returned pieces on my shelves?
No. Only the number in the marketplace inventory file is used.
Where is my data kept?
In this browser only. Clearing your browser data removes the inventory file you added here and your picklist history. Saving it online will need seller login, which is planned.
