Your master file

One row for every product you sell.

Today's orders

Excel or CSV with a SKU column, or a PDF. Choose the marketplace for each file.

Make the picklist

The PDF follows the usual picking list layout.

If a picture link is blocked, PickMyShelf asks a free picture service (wsrv.nl) to fetch it. Only the picture link is sent there, never your files.

Questions

What is in the picklist PDF?

A title block with the picklist number, total items and the time it was made, lines for who picked it and when, then one row per SKU and size: serial number, SKU code, name, shelf code, size, color, quantity and a picture. The last page ends with "Powered By PickShelf".

How are pictures added?

There are four ways, and you can mix them. (1) Put a link to each picture in the Image link column of your master file. (2) Insert the pictures into your master Excel file, one in each product row. PickShelf reads them out of the file when you add it. (3) Choose picture files from your computer, named with the SKU code (for example 110326.jpg). (4) After you make a picklist, any SKU without a picture is listed, and you can choose a picture for it right there. Pictures are saved in this browser and matched by SKU code, so you add each one only once.

Why is a picture missing from my PDF?

After you press Make picklist PDF, PickShelf lists every SKU that has no picture and tells you why. "No picture or link" means the master file has nothing for that SKU. "Link could not be loaded" means the picture is private, or its website does not let other websites show it. Google Drive pictures must be shared as "Anyone with the link". Choose the picture file from your computer for those SKUs.

Why is a size missing?

Every kind of size works: S, M, L, XL, XXL, 3XL, FREE SIZE, 28, 30-32, 6-12 MONTHS, 3-4 YEARS and so on. The size comes from the Size (or Variation) column of your order file, exactly as written there. If that is empty, it comes from the Size column of your master file. If both are empty, PickShelf looks at the end of the SKU code (for example 110368_L) and at the item name (for example "Size: XL"). In a label PDF it reads the size printed on the label. If it still finds none, it lists the SKU after you make the picklist, and you can type the size right there. It is saved in your master file in this browser.

Can I upload marketplace label or bill PDFs?

Yes, as a trial feature. PickShelf looks at each page of the PDF, finds a SKU code that is in your master file and counts one piece. Pages where no code, or more than one code, is found are listed so you can check them. Compare the piece count with your order count before you print. An Excel or CSV order file is the most reliable.

Are my files uploaded anywhere?

No. Reading the files and making the PDF happen in your browser. The master file and pictures are kept in this browser only, so clearing your browser data removes them.

How do returned pieces appear on the picklist?

Good pieces scanned on the Return Scanning page are kept as your good inventory, with their shelf numbers. When a picklist row matches one of them by SKU and size, the Shelf Code cell shows the shelf to take it from. After you make the picklist, press the button to remove those pieces from your good inventory, so they are not used twice. This works when both pages are on the same website address.

Why does a row say "not in master file"?

That SKU code is in your orders but not in your master file. Add it to the master file, load the master file again, and make the picklist again.

PickShelf is not connected to any marketplace. Meesho, Flipkart and Myntra are names of their respective owners.
